Please read these Terms of Use carefully. They form a binding agreement between you and STOCKIMG AI and govern your use of the LingoCall app and services.

LingoCall is provided by STOCKIMG AI YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. (“STOCKIMG AI”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Türkiye. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. Some AI characters are intended for adults and may use mature or strong language; these are intended only for users 18 years of age or older. To purchase a subscription, you must be the age of majority where you live, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service & your license

LingoCall provides AI-powered language-learning conversations, including spoken and text practice with AI tutor characters, topics, feedback, translations, and session reports. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on a device you own or control, for your own non-commercial, personal use.

3. Accounts

The app creates an anonymous, device-based account automatically so you can start immediately. You may optionally sign in with Apple or Google to help secure your progress. You are responsible for the security of your device and any account you use to sign in, and for all activity through your account. Notify us at support@stockimg.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions & payments

LingoCall offers an auto-renewing subscription, LingoCall Premium, which unlocks unlimited speaking practice and all characters and topics.

• Plans & pricing — Premium is offered weekly (USD 9.90 per week) and yearly (USD 99.90 per year). Prices shown in the app are authoritative and may vary by country, currency, and taxes, and may change over time. There is currently no free trial.
• Billing & auto-renewal — subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing & canceling — you can manage or cancel, and turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period, and you keep Premium until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds — purchases are processed by the app stores, and refunds are governed by Apple or Google policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly. Your mandatory statutory rights of withdrawal or refund are unaffected.
• Price changes — we may change prices and, where required, will give you advance notice and the opportunity to consent before an increase takes effect.

5. AI content & disclaimers

Conversations, feedback, corrections, translations, and other tutor output are generated by artificial intelligence. AI can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, and may occasionally produce content that is offensive or factually wrong. The Service is provided for language-learning and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional educational, linguistic, legal, medical, financial, or other advice, and AI output should not be relied upon as a statement of fact. You are responsible for how you use the output and should independently verify anything important. Mature characters may produce adult-themed language at your request; you choose whether to interact with them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
• harass, abuse, or harm others, or attempt to obtain personal data about other people;
• use the Service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, that sexually exploits or endangers minors, or that infringes others’ rights;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, scrape, or create derivative works from the app, or circumvent its security, usage limits, or paywall;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or access it through automated means that impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

7. Your content

“Your Content” means the inputs you provide, including the text you type and the speech you record during conversations. You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content, and to share it with our service providers (such as our AI provider), solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide features to you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, characters, names, logos, text, and graphics we provide (excluding Your Content) — is owned by STOCKIMG AI or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license in Section 2, no rights are transferred to you. “LingoCall” and our logos are our trademarks; you may not use them without our prior written consent.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including OpenAI (AI conversations and transcription), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple and Google (sign-in, distribution, and payments). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCKIMG AI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR USD 50. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING YOUR MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold STOCKIMG AI harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account by emailing support@stockimg.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye, have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory law in your country of residence (for example, consumer-protection law) grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts or applies its own law.

15. App Store terms

When you obtain the app from the Apple App Store, the following Apple-required terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and STOCKIMG AI only, and not with Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, regulatory, or consumer-protection claims.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party intellectual-property infringement claim relating to the app.
• You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-or-restricted-party list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you obtain the app from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

16. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
