1. Instagram Independence & Trademark Disclaimer
Repost Cleaner is an independent utility tool. It is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. “Instagram” and related trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here solely for descriptive purposes.
2. User Accounts & Platform Risks
- Third-Party Terms: You acknowledge that using third-party tools to automate actions may violate Instagram’s Terms of Service.
- Absolute Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any penalties, account suspensions, temporary or permanent bans, shadowbans, or data loss imposed on your Instagram account as a result of using this App. You use this tool entirely at your own risk.
- Local Data Security: Since all operational data (including login tokens) is stored exclusively on your device, you are solely responsible for keeping your device secure.
3. Permitted Use & Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local or international regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the App’s source code.
- Use the App in a way that intentionally disrupts or overloads Instagram’s infrastructure.
4. Paid Services: Subscriptions & Lifetime Purchases
Repost Cleaner may offer premium features through recurring subscriptions or a one-time “Lifetime” purchase.
- Transaction Processing: Payments and subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, utilizing RevenueCat as a backend service provider to validate purchase states. The Company does not collect or store your credit card or financial data.
- No-Refund Policy & Store Terms: All purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable by the Company. Any refund requests, billing disputes, or cancellations must be managed directly through the respective platform store (Apple or Google) and are subject to their specific refund policies.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off in your App Store/Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- The Meaning of “Lifetime”: A “Lifetime” purchase grants you access to the premium features of Repost Cleaner for as long as the App is actively developed, maintained, and operational by the Company. It does not constitute a guarantee that the App or its functionality will exist indefinitely.
5. Service Availability & Instagram Changes (“AS IS”)
The App operates directly by interacting with Instagram’s live interface. You explicitly acknowledge that Instagram may change its API, endpoints, anti-bot mechanisms, or layout at any time without notice.
- Such changes may cause Repost Cleaner to stop functioning temporarily or permanently.
- The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
- The Company is not liable for any service interruptions caused by Instagram’s updates, and such interruptions do not entitle the user to a refund or compensation for active subscriptions or Lifetime purchases.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of Instagram’s Terms of Service.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye.
