We reached a major milestone by hitting 1 million registered users and made it to the Y Combinator (YC) interview stage. While we didn’t secure funding from YC, the experience provided us with valuable insights to grow and improve.

Y Combinator Interview Stage
We advanced to the interview stage of Y Combinator, one of the most prestigious startup accelerators. While we were not selected for funding, we received constructive feedback that will help us refine our strategy and grow further.
- YC’s Feedback:
“Hi Askin, Buğrahan, and Ahmad,
Thanks for talking to us earlier today. Unfortunately, we've decided not to fund Stockimg AI this batch. We were encouraged by your early revenue numbers and you are a team that can clearly build products. However, we’re concerned that this kind of design tool is more likely to be used for one-off designs, for instance for a book cover or event poster, and therefore you will constantly be facing high churn from customers. This will make it even harder to continue to grow your revenue over time in a way that makes this a Venture backable business.
We recommend that you continue to build products while you’re in school so you can continue to both earn revenue and learn more about business in general. We would love to see an application from you in the future.
